Lee Ritchey just found more than a hundred extra copies of the “sold-out” paper version of his book “Right The First Time Volume One”. And I know a few people have asked me over the years if they could get a real paper version – or as I heard a younger person call it: a “book-book”. It is the same book you get a pdf version of from signing up on the blog here but without the ads. I must agree that a real paper book (a book-book) is something different than even the nicest e-books.
The price is still $95 + shipping/handling. If you are from the EU, that shipping can add quite a bit to the cost. Since we will be receiving a big shipment of volume 2 books from Lee Ritchey (Speeding Edge) around April in preparation for the Nordic SI Week 2014, maybe we could help you a bit on that shipping cost. Let me know how big the interest is? – either we organize it here or I send your names to Lee for shipping directly from the States. If you are coming to Stockholm on May 5-9, 2014 for the Nordic SI Week courses, you could obviously just pick your book up then.
Update Feb 2020: I still have a few “Right the First Time” books here, so get in touch if you crave that paper feeling. It’s still one of the best books on signal integrity, as it’s so hands-on and practical in its approach to the subjects.
